Adjust BTaggingChecker to interpret TagObjects from new FT Software

The BTaggingChecker (Class to test FT output) is adjusted to handle FlavourTag objects from the new FT software. This is needed due to the fact that no default combination is written anymore in favour of using EPM with the single tagger outputs.

Ping @erodrigu, @sakar, @mschille. This MR needs to be combined with Phys!338 (merged) (FT Tuning adjustment) and DaVinci!205 (merged) (qmtest reference).
