Remove Tutorial package

Patrick Koppenburg requested to merge pkoppenb-20200618-RemoveTutorial into master

The Tutorial/Analysis package was used when pre-starterkit tutorials were run (in the 200X years). It actually harms as it provides half-backed code that is picked by doxygen. For instance TupleToolTutorial cannot run. Complete removal is proposed.

Probably also from all legacy branches. @masmith @atully .
