Removed JetAccessoriesMC
JetAccessoriesMC had no functionality change since 2017 but still required 16 commits to keep running. Nobody needs it according to https://its.cern.ch/jira/projects/LHCBPS/issues/LHCBPS-1865. This RM removes it from master. It can still be restored if needed.
