MCTupleToolHierarchyOtherTracks

@sakar @dohanlon @vchobano @bkhanji @mschiller This MR adds TupleToolHierarchyOtherTracks tool, which writes additional hierarchy information for a set of associated tracks (Those located in StdAllNoPIDsPions by default). Using this information, the type of the track (SS decay, SS fragmentation, OS decay, OS fragmentation, prompt tracks, ghost) can be deduced and is stored in the Tr_ORIG_FLAGS variable. This tool has been initially developed by @sakar and I have changed the meaning of Tr_ORIG_FLAGS and added additional options and updated the code for easier readability and added more documentation.
