Remove unused features of TupleToolEventInfo

Patrick Koppenburg requested to merge pkoppenb-TupleToolEventInfo into master

The PVs are not used any longer in TupleToolEventInfo. Also the mu dictionary was a hack used by me long ago. It's not documented and thus not used. If this feature is needed, better create a smarter functor.
