Adapt to changes in track MCParticle linker TES location (Lbcom!480)

Christoph Hasse requested to merge adapt_to_new_MCParticle2MCHitAlg into master

MCParticle2MCHitAlg used to automatically prepend a location with Link.
As this isn't done anymore, this adapts the configuration such that links are saved where other algorithms expect them.
