Remove SuperPixel mixer from Boole sequence

In LHCb!3452 (merged) the VPSuperPixelBankEncoder algorithm produces banks in the correct TELL40 output format: data from two sensors mixed in each RawBank and no size header word.
The VPRetinaSPmixer algorithm is not needed in the Boole sequence anymore.

This MR should be tested together with LHCb!3452 (merged), Allen!874 (merged), Rec!2958 (merged) and Moore!1635 (merged).
