Adapt to Detector!442

Removed most hardcoded constants, and changed methods to follow index conventions.

Please note that Boole is build on master and both LHCb!4483 (merged) and Detector!442 (merged) are targeting 2024-patches hence this will only be undrafted when the synchronisation of 2024-patches/master will occur.
