Draft: Move the test on subdetectors from the fixed 2024 version to the rolling Run 3 version

Just place an MR to show we would like to make those changes to monitor how the changes would affect each sub-detector, those changes are not for the next release, we would try to merge this MR after we have a new release of Boole. The refs would also be updated after that.
