These changes in references are introduced by the Gaudi MR linked in the description, updating constants and units. They mainly occur in track fit, RICH and track reconstruction chi2 quantities, which is why I linked you. In my opinion the changes seem small enough to be acceptable. Please comment here if you think some of them need further investigation / follow-up.
