Add RichFuture sequence to Brunel

Updates Brunel configurable with new 'RichSequences' property that takes a list of the RICH sequences to run. Can contain "RICH" and/or "RICHFUTURE". By default contains just ["RICH"]. Depends on LHCb!512 (merged) , Lbcom!108 (merged) and Rec!427 (merged)

Adds a new QM test, based on 2016magup, that runs the "RICHFUTURE" sequences instead of `"RICH".
