Write output to test-specific locations

Alex Pearce requested to merge apearce-test-output-conflicts into master

Avoids conflicts when running tests in parallel.

I saw the two tests modified here conflict in a recent ci-test. I imagine there are more conflicts like this given that Brunel auto-names output files but we can fix them when we see problems.
