Mini brunel tests + RICH Updates from master

3 tests were added for a run without hive, with hive single threaded and with hive multithreaded (4 threads/slots/algos) The MiniBrunel option file was also reworked by putting all the complexity inside a User Configurable. The remaining code is few lines giving the essential numbers. One last note : by default we do not run the Rich reconstruction as it seems to be broken right now

On the way, Brunel now has a DisableTiming property to diable the timing tables. MiniBrunel has it set by default
