MiniBrunel config improvements and fixes

Details :
  - new default input file using 6.1 geometry as the merge of master into future forces this new geometry
  - dropped the choice between MinBiais and Signal in favor of a possibility to give explicitely the input files via the InputData property
  - Added possibilites to overwrite DDDBTag, CondDBtag, TimeLineFile and HistorgramFile
