Fix brunel-upgrade-paramKalman reference for correct parameterisation

The reference of the brunel-upgrade-paramKalman test was wrong because the nightlies were picking up an old version of the ParamFiles package from $LHCBDEV. Fixed by removing the $LHCBDEV version of the package
