gaudi/Gaudi!629 (merged) removes the printout ChronoStatSvc INFO Number of skipped events for MemStat-1

This MR suppresses checking for it, so that tests against Gaudi/master and Gaudi/HEAD can use the same reference files. After gaudi/Gaudi!629 (merged) is merged, this MR can be closed and the reference files updated instead.
