Add ANN PID reference block check to upgrade-baseline test

The reference block is based on the stdout of the brunel-upgrade-baseline test in https://lhcb-nightlies.cern.ch/logs/tests/nightly/lhcb-gaudi-head/1860/x86_64-centos7-gcc7-opt/Brunel/

This complements !411 (merged) in which the same check is removed for Run1 and Run2 configurations.
