Small update to .gitignore

Rosen Matev requested to merge update-gitignore into master

(inspired from LHCb!1630 (merged)).

  • Ignore all QMTest byproducts
  • Clean up rules, including removal of IDE-specifics (which should be placed in ~/.gitconfig)
