Update 2016 and 2015 tests

  • 2016magdown replaced by 2016magup, using a RAW file from July 2016 data-taking. Includes also check on ANNPID variables (similar to that in brunel2012magdown)
  • Above is backport of MR !44 (merged) on master branch
  • Update also 2015 test reference for move of input file from freezer to swtest
