Fix splitting of input files in Hlt2Reconstruction

  • Fixing splitting of input files for multi-job tests (too small datasets produced empty inputs)
  • In principle this small piece of code where the splitting is done could go into a separate script
  • Saw this issue when running Hlt2 throughput tests with new FT decoding version (see PRConfig!86 and Brunel#4)
