Update all references following LHCb!2260

LHCb!2260 (merged) (and the fix LHCb!2292 (merged)) minimized what is written out in new ref files. While the current (old) refs pass the test, it is easier for further ref updates to do a blanket update of all references to the "new" format.

The update is done using the change in LHCb!2308 (merged), with which new refs are produced even when the test is passing.
