Follow Rec!1858 (Modernize TrackCheckers)

Reference update of brunel-upgrade-check-mcsequence.ref to follow Rec!1858 (merged). Taken from lhcb-master-mr 361

With this, we should be able to merge Rec!1858 (merged) Moore!354 (merged) and LHCb!2289 (merged). @rmatev could you please have a look? Do we need the backport run2 label and/or another test round?

In general you don't need a backport run2 label on reference file updates, since in any case this will be done as a side-effect of back-porting the underlying MRs (the tests that run in run2-patches are completely different from those that run in master)
