Add test for protoparticle sequence

Adds test which simply dumps the numerical values of the ExtraInfo in the protoparticles and then compares to a reference.

Needs Rec!1904 (merged) as this adds the algorithm which prints the information.

Goes together with !958 (merged) (adds ref)
