Update refs for Rec!1904 and actually fix nightlies

Ross John Hunter requested to merge rjhunter-update-refs-for-Rec1904-and-fix-nightlies into master

The previous MR (!956 (closed)) didn't fix the nightlies failures, because they didn't take into account that references should have been changed after Rec!1902 (merged).

This update takes references from last night's lhcb-head, which means they also include a reference for the new test in Rec!1904 (merged).

To be merged with Rec!1904 (merged), !947 (merged).
