The SelReports are not available in these tests, but we can get the same
information from DecReports (we only need to know whether the line fired
or not, and the existence of a SelReport is equivalent to a positive
DecReport).

The major differences are:

* Turbo processing generally requires `DaVinci().Turbo = True`;
* The packers now require the locations of packed containers that should
always be created to be explicitly specified, and emit a warning if
these are not specified.
