misleading repo header

The header for the repo currently lists the project website as only relevant for legacy data:

LHCb offline physics analysis software main project.

The documentation for run 3 is at https://lhcb-davinci.docs.cern.ch/

That related to legacy data is at http://cern.ch/lhcbdoc/davinci/.

This is incorrect, as it also includes current release notes and information for Run 3. Something like this would be more appropriate:

LHCb offline physics analysis software main project.

The documentation for run 3 is at https://lhcb-davinci.docs.cern.ch/

Release notes and links to all documentation, including that for legacy data, is at http://cern.ch/lhcbdoc/davinci/.
