Adding AnalysisHelpers

Piet Nogga requested to merge AnalysisHelpers into run2-patches

OpenData requests require the package AnalysisHelpers that is currently pushed to AnalysisProductions every request. However, this is not ideal since the code is quite stationary. It is probably best make it part of DaVinci alltogether.
