Add OSVertexCharge to the list of tagger run by default

This MR add the Run2 OSVertexCharge tagger to the list of default taggers to add to the flavourtagging branches when calling the corresponding functor collection.

This MR depends on Moore!3783 (merged) and Rec!4049 (closed) which set up the correct OSVertexCharge tagger and it will impact the integration test which is fixed in LHCbIntegrationTests!78 (merged).
