+Patch release for 2017 re-stripping campaign S29r2, after validations

+This version is released on the 2017-patches branch.
+It is based on Gaudi v28r2, LHCb v42r7, Lbcom v20r7, Rec v21r6p2 and Phys v23r7p2, Analysis v18r6p2 and Stripping v11r5p3.
+Uses LCG_88 with ROOT 6.08.06.
