Copy Particle to RelatedInfo maps in Tesla.

Add support for cloning Particle to RelatedInfo maps in Tesla, required for LBHLT-421.

As in Phys!302 (merged), I've targeted 2017-patches here for my own convinience. This needs propagating to 2018-patches. Now targets 2018-patches.
