Update FlavourTagging qmtest Files for 2017-patches

This is a cherry-pick of !205 (merged) for 2017-patches and needs to be combined with Analysis!379 (merged) and Phys!380 (merged). These MRs should turn the nightly FlavourTagging tests for the 2017-patches stack green again.
