Update the tuple examples

This MR updates all the tuple examples following this Analysis!797 (merged).

FYI @dfazzini and @mferrill .

added DPA-WP3 Tuples lhcb-run3-cleanup labels

Currently I am experiencing problems running these options file (even just using the master branches of DV and Analysis). Strange error messages. Will check with @dfazzini privately.
