Throughput Test Moore_hlt1_pp_default: 28609.3 Events/s -- change of 0.10% vs. reference

This now does almost the same as the ci-test in !603 (merged). @rmatev maybe you can kill the latter?

you should be able to do abort tests (I forgot which egroup controls it but you're probably on it). Just sign in to the dashboard and an "Abort" button should appear for every slot.

I consider this to be the test for !603 (merged) and !604 (merged). All tests pass. There's a problem in Rec in x86_64_v2-centos7-gcc11+dd4hep-opt that has nothing to do with this MR. If nobody objects I will merge this, !603 (merged) and !604 (merged) later this afternoon. cc @erodrigu .
