Resolve "Clarification of Python and YAML files on default options"

Removing outdated files containing the default options values. Default options values are set by means of the Phys/DaVinci/python/DaVinci/options_defaults.py script.

Closes #21 (closed).

@pkoppenb, we can run a CI test if you really want to but since a git grep shows that these 2 files are not used anywhere, it is a no-brainer.
