Test MC associations for Sprucing output

Check that ConfiguredMCTruthAndBkgCatAlg works for exclusive sprucing output

Checks that the BKGCAT of B and D are not always ==60 as it was when it wasnt working

added DPA-WP3 MC checking Simulation labels
