Documentation and dependencies for v60r3 release

2022-04-25 DaVinci v60r3

This version uses Gaudi v36r5, Detector v1r1, LHCb v53r8, Lbcom v33r8, Rec v34r2 and Analysis v40r3.

This version is released on master branch. Built relative to DaVinci v60r2, with the following changes:

Hey Patrick, just an important detail. @rmatev had produced a patch release of LHCb and I believe that's the one we want/need. Better check.

Yes, better double check. v53r8p1 is included in lhcb-core/lhcbstacks!85 (diffs). I just need to build on top of that, as discussed here lhcb-core/lhcbstacks!85 (comment 5503986).
