Draft: Update ref for failing stripping DV qmt tests, adjust tolerances

Failing DaVinci qmt tests in the nightlies for a while. Attempt to correct them by updating the refs. Work locally to first order.

--> New purpose: Adjust tolerance of qmt tests slightly for 34r0, 34r0p1, and 28r2p2 to mask slight inconsistencies found.
