Add a protection against Geant info in stderr

Issue #89 (closed) reports that some tests fail in lhcb-head-2 because of a line in stderr

Info in <TGeoManager>: Changing system of units to Geant4 units (mm, ns, MeV).

that is not an error. This line is vetoed.
