Update options for LHCb integration tests

Merge the two option files for the LHCb Integration tests in a unique script.

Related to LHCbIntegrationTests!40 (merged).

Good idea to simplify and have options taken from DaVinci. The new name is now as generic as it can possibly be option_lhcbintegration_test.py. I suggest you rename e.g. with a suffix _Sprucing_excl_line so that in the future you differentiate from other option files we will add for other integration tests. WDYT?

This is approved. I believe you just need to fix the pipeline and add in the header that this relates to MR LHCbIntegrationTests!40 (merged). I guess this can then be merged since only used there and not in DaVinci tests, right?
