requirements.txt? I didn't even know that file still existed. How do I test this?

That's what is used for the env to build the docs. The test is simply the CI, namely the build-docs step in the pipeline above, see https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/DaVinci/-/pipelines/5559899.

In short, there is nothing else to be done and this can be merged.
