Fix most of the failing Tesla tests

The tests that are currently failing for me are:

1. Tesla.default
2. Tesla.z_FSRstream_Dimuon
3. Tesla.z_FSRstream_Dstar

@rmatev is looking at 2 and 3. 1 is a bit weird and I need some more time with. I'm opening this MR before everything is fixed to get this in the nightlies.

Depends on LHCb!865 (merged).

Thanks for looking at the tests. You add in LHCb!865 (merged) support for DataType=2012 just for the tests. I did not look at the tests themselves yet, but would it then not be better to update the tests to newer data, to avoid this fake compatibility of Tesla with 2012 data?

I would, but the affected tests are for the 'old-style' Tesla of 2015 and 2016. Seeing as there will be little-to-no future development here, I'd rather fix the tests in the simplest possible way.
