Update xgen input file location

Update the test input file locations from /eos/lhcb/wg/dpa/wp3/testDV_read_xgen/ and /eos/lhcb/wg/dpa/wp3/NovemberFEST/ into /eos/lhcb/wg/dpa/wp3/tests/.

Relates to #95.
