cleanup work on components

  • MBWX, a kind of more robust resistive magnets used for high radiation levels in the high-luminosity insertions
  • BlockWall, a wall that separates LHCb from the LHC tunnel
  • Bls, beam loss scintillators
  • Gvalve, a vacuum valve

Are they all unncessary parts for all run3, run4 and run5, so can be removed?
