• Remove v0.1 version in compact
• Rename DDDetector to materials

Hi, @mwhitehe @sponce this is a very straightforward merge request, simply continuing the possible further optimizations mentioned in !413 (merged) that removing v0.1 version in compact and renaming DDDetector to materials. May I ask for your thoughts on this merge request?

Looks like there are a few things in the ci test outstanding. The new failing test in LHCb is looking for the removed v0.1 detector. I don't think the other things in the comparison link are directly a result of this?
