Removed some warnings and output to stdout

Removed some warnings when loading the geometry, are left:

DD4hep           WARN  ++ STD conditions NOT defined by client. NTP defaults taken.
VP               WARN  +++ Placing RF box at an ASSUMED position! [not found in XML]
UT               WARN  +++ The sub volume lvUX851InUT is NOT constructed.

I removed some std::cout from the VP constructor as well
