UT ChannelID to provide subsector and asic info

Work with LHCb!4389 (merged), Rec!3880 (merged) and lhcb-conddb/lhcb-conditions-database!118 (merged)

• Provide subsector information
• Fixed sensorType function bug. It should now provide the real type of sensors, i.e. ABCD, instead of sector types, i.e. Norm, Dual, Quad and Hole.
