update/fix the checksum for run3/2024.Q1.2-v00.00

There was a release of the Detector project between !525 (merged) which created the 2024.Q1.2-v00.00 version and !526 (merged) which changed the magnet supports z position. And there has been another release since the latter was merged. So the 2024.Q1.2-v00.00 version of the geometry is inconsistent in those two releases of the project. This merge request is created to fix the cheksum ci test for run3/2024.Q1.2-v00.00. @gcorti @bcouturi , hope we can merge this request quickly.
