run5 naming convention

Menglin Xu requested to merge mexu_run5_naming_convention into master

Overall, trunk is not applicable for run5 anymore because there will be different development versions for the same detector. Therefore, to avoid blocking the development of sub-detectors, we introduce branches run5/branch-baseline and MP/branch-run5-baseline, FT/branch-run5-baseline, UP/branch-run5-baseline and TV/branch-run5-baseline. Next, we will discuss better naming conventions for them at #62.
