Added test of geometry, related to navigation and volume placement
Added:
- test of navigation in the geometry, using the isInside method on DeIOV.
- test of "global alignments", i.e. when a ROOT TGeoPhysicalNode is created for each detector element (in the test only).
The test of global alignments loads the test scope geometry and changes the transformations using ROOT TGeoPhysical nodes. The pictures below show the ideal geometry of test scope (with a horizontal plane cut) and with misalignment.
