run5 first production version

This is the first version of geometry for reference studies for Run5 (aka U2), named run5/proto-v00.00

It has the first version of TV, MP, FT and UP, named proto-run5-v00.00‎ also included the latest run3 version of Region, BlockWall, Bcm, MBXW, Pipe, Rich (for material) and Magnet

I see no activity but also no description here. Should it be Drafted ? If not should I test it ?

You cannot test it, only us can to that by using it to produce some samples. We will finalise this in the next week.

@mexu, we need to add the volume of RICH as for Run3. We need the material there even if we don't run the RICH Cherenkov simulation.
